Selena Gomez clothing line

As expected, there is a selena gomez clothing line launching.  It is annouced earlier last week that Selena gomez has decided to launch her own fashion line. The clothes line is called dream out loud and is reported to have mix of rock and roll and Bohemian style. In fact, the press calls it “preppy collegiate,” and “boho chic.”

Initially, I thought the clothing line was inspired by Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas’ Disney Channel Original Series “JONAS,” but it turns out it might be inspired by  “Wizards of Waverly Place” instead. Anyway, the line is expected to be out next year and I think it will be available in all major stores including Walmart, Sears and some other large retailers.

Design wise, I think the clothing line is steer towards the common items we see now. I expect the clothing line to have bras, skirts, boots, shoes, accessories such as hairbands, tshirts (tees) and even socks. There is very little detail at the moment so everything is up for guesses.

In terms of prices, I expect the range to be quite cheap. Most of Selena gomez’s fans are teenagers and anything that is beyond budget will lead to a big reduction in prices. In fact, I think there might be some sale offers for hers fans and this will be annouced sometime in winter or spring next year. At least I think this is logically thing to do. Whether this is true or not is again something I cannot confirmed.

For what I saw of the Miley Cyrus clothing line, fans seem to like these designs. At least on Google, the search volume is going off the charts.  I expect the same for the Selena gomez clothing line. The two of them seems pretty close in popularity so I think the outcome will be the same.

Anyway, this is all I have at this moment. Once I have any pictures, images, photos of her clothing line that I can from anywhere including the gossip sites, myspace etc, i will be posting them up.
